Shae's 1-1 training and coaching is very hands on and meant for someone who is ready to learn and someone who is coachable.
The $25 application fee/deposit is non refundable whether you decide to continue and do 1-1 coaching or not.
If you do decide to follow through after you apply, the $25 is credited to your total as a deposit.
Shae's coaching and customized programs are very hands on with text message support, weekly phone calls, check ins, and accountability/encouragement.
This is for someone who is serious about their goals and is ready to take a serious step towards them!
